  Ordered a part for my stove. I specifally told the person at the counter i needed the part asap. i was told the item was in stock at the warehouse and would arrive in a couple days via courier. 4 business days later the part still has not arrived at the store. I was told the part is now expected in 2 to 4 weeks. I am not able to cancel the order for a part that is not even in transit. this store lies to people regarding items and hides behind the "special order clause". I was not even informed about this clause nor was I asked to sign the invoice where this clause is outlined.
  
  I suggest looking into Marcone appliance parts located in Vaughan instead. more telia or and honest with you upfront.
