  Bought a Palliser electric recliner from Dennis with no problem. After 5 months one of the seats had an intermittent electrical problem. Called Diana in service and offered to trace the problem myself but she insisted on sending her service rep Heinz to our house to look at it.
  Heinz arrived on time and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes because he brought the right part. He is also the happiest man I've met in a long time.
  Great experience all around!
